Admission Process for IGIA Courses
A candidate who approaches IGIA Aviation must possess the requisite documents for the type of license he/she aspires to obtain. These documents are Aadhar Card, Class 10th & 12th Pass Certificates and Marksheets, respective Board Verification Certificates and Passport (if available). The eligibility criteria of age ranges from 17 years to 32 years! The main requirement is of having Physics and Maths as subjects in Class 12th. However, if an aspirant did not have any or both these subjects in Class 12th, he/she can pass these exams separately from recognised open schools such as The National institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). All applicants should ensure their eligibility as mentioned on the respective IGIA course page before applying.
Step 1: REGISTER FOR THE COURSE
Use the Online Registration below if you wish to pay the registration fee online.
Open the Online Registration form by clicking the IGIA Admission Registration link image below this. Enter you information with the course that you wish to apply to. The Registration Fee is INR 3000 for IGIA’s Cabin crew / Airport / Ticketing / Tourism programs and University Programs and the processing fee of INR 5000 for Pilot Training programs. Submit the form by paying the registration fee.

Step 2: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF APPLICATION FORM
On receiving your application and we will send you an acknowledgement email, which will explain how to proceed further. We will call you in case we require any additional information.
Step 3: ASSESSING YOUR APPLICATION
We shall assess your application. If required, we might ask you meet us for an interview/Group Discussion/Written Test or undertake the same online. The assessment process usually takes between 2-5 working days. Once you are found eligible, we shall inform you about the status of your application.
Step 4: ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER
When you accept the Admission offer, we will need to verify your documents. After verification, you will be required to pay the tuition fee and join the course.
